Social enterprise Uniquity using Sustainable Fashion to support ACCESS

Apparel Made in Canada, Sustainable and Ethically Sourced

A Christmas Streetwear Pop-up is being hosted in Vaughan by Uniquity and Viol-ent, two new high end streetwear brands. All graphics are designed by young local artists and designers and are limited run, and positioned as a gift for the person who has everything.

The pop-up shop will be open Friday, November 29 and close on Sunday, December 2.

Both sustainable and ethically sourced, these products also support the work of ACCESS, who in turn supports aspiring change-makers and social entrepreneurs.

All items sold by Uniquity at this pop-up will donate a portion of their profit to ACCESS.

Uniquity was started by a group of university students with the goal of introducing sustainable fashion to a larger market. Their main fabric of choice, bamboo, presents benefits to the wearer that they can feel. Bamboo is a much softer fabric than other sustainable textiles such as organic cotton or hemp. It makes the wearer feel fresh no matter what their day throws at them.
